Sunny Hills Civic Association​

Please reach out to a Board Member, attend a monthly meeting, or visit Boat Lake during the regular season to become a member. Payments can be made in the form of check or cash at that time. Mailed applications will be returned to sender.

Applicants must be and remain eligible for membership.

Eligibility will be verified through identification card, billing statements, and/or property records. Membership is annual (January 1st- December 31st) and is not eligible for discounts.
